Kinesiology
Kinesiology (Muscle Response Testing) doesn’t balance or heal anything, rather it is the voice of your innate intelligence giving insightful and accurate information as to the body’s physical, energetic and emotional requirements.
By means of Kinesiology a practitioner receives feedback from another person when applying gradual pressure to (usually) an arm or a leg in a specific position. The muscle “holds,” means that with gradual pressure, the muscle responds and the arm or leg remains strong. Or the muscle doesn’t hold, and it becomes weak and it becomes difficult to hold the arm or leg in place.
What does this communication mean?
The “hold” (strong) vs. “not hold”(weak),” are the two basic responses that developes the communication between the practitioner and the clients body.
This allows the body the opportunity to:
1. Indicate where and what the blockages are
2. Why these blockages exist (allows for working with the cause, not just symptoms)
3. What the body needs (modality) to clear the blockages.
When these blockages are cleared, the way is open for the body to utilise its own innate energy to healing the issue.
This is incredibly powerful and it saves a lot of time by taking the guess work out of the diagnostic process.

What Is Dowsing And What Can You Do With It?
Dowsing, an ancient art form, has been used for centuries to locate underground water veins and precious metals. Dowsers were and still are sought after to guide the best drilling locations for water wells.
Most people possess greater mental abilities than they realise, often going unused. Dowsing serves as a means to enhance intuition and provide information that might otherwise remain hidden. This can lead to better decision-making in various aspects of life.
Dowsing is often likened to intuition with a readout device, akin to a radio using an antenna.
It’s important to note that dowsing lacks any magical elements and there are no special powers inherent in the instrument used. The power lies within the human mind; dowsing helps focus and direct it.
Essentially, dowsing involves using a physical object to reveal information that we already possess but may not consciously acknowledge. The type of dowsing tool used, whether it’s a special crystal, dowsing rods or a simple paperclip on a string, doesn’t matter. Dowsing can be applied to various purposes, such as assessing food and water quality, predicting potential dangers, evaluating business integrity and compatibility, and more.
Personally, I use dowsing to identify health issues, determine appropriate supplements, test diets, and determine the most suitable practitioner for managing a disease. Additionally, I employ it to balance frequencies and energies, enhancing overall well-being.
With better information, we can make more informed decisions, and dowsing provides a means to access that information. As for the source of the dowsed information, it originates from the same place as intuitive thoughts that aid in problem-solving. Brain frequency research indicates that dowsing involves operating simultaneously in all four brain frequencies: Alpha, Beta, Theta, and Delta.
Some believe dowsing is a ‘gift’ an individual possesses, similar to those with natural talents in art, music, or other skills. However, dowsing is a teachable skill that anyone can learn with practice and patience. While some may have a natural aptitude for it, anyone willing to invest time in learning and practising the techniques can develop their dowsing skills.
